1. Who we are

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the App, we or our service providers may process:

2.1 Photos and media you choose (on-device processing)

The App is designed to let you select photos or media from your device for editing (for example: remove background, blur faces, remove objects, crop, and related tools). Unless we explicitly state otherwise in the App, core editing and inference run on your device. We do not operate a routine service that uploads your full-resolution images to our own servers solely to provide these editing features.

Temporary files or exports may be stored in your device’s app storage or shared storage as needed for the feature you use (for example saving to gallery).

2.2 Device and app technical data

We may process limited technical information needed to operate the App, such as app version, device/OS type, language settings, crash or diagnostics signals provided by platform SDKs, and similar metadata.

2.3 Advertising identifiers and ad-related data

If ads are shown, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and related Google SDKs may collect or use advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads. This processing is governed by Google’s policies and your device ad settings.

2.4 Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We receive purchase status information from the platform (for example whether Premium is active) rather than your full payment card details.

2.5 Optional network content

Some App features may load optional online content (for example templates or assets) over the internet. Those requests are typically limited to retrieving content; they are not intended to transmit your edited photos to our servers unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve App features;
• Process purchases and restore entitlements where supported;
• Show ads where applicable (free tier) and measure ad performance;
• Comply with law and respond to lawful requests;
• Protect security and integrity of the App.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on contract (providing the App you request), legitimate interests (security, improving the App, advertising where permitted), and consent where required (for example certain cookies/ad personalization flows presented by Google). You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, subject to platform limitations.

5. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

• Google (Play, Ads/AdMob, Play Billing, on-device ML components such as ML Kit where used, and other Google services integrated in the App);
• Mediation partners if ad mediation is enabled (for example networks configured in your AdMob integration);
• Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. Third-party services (summary)

The App may integrate SDKs from third parties. Their privacy practices are described in their own policies. Examples commonly relevant to this type of app include:

7. Data retention

Information stored locally on your device remains until you delete the App or clear App data, or until you delete exported items from your gallery/files. Information held by Google or other partners is retained according to their policies.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International transfers

If you use the App outside your home country, information may be processed in countries where service providers operate, including the United States and other regions, subject to applicable law and safeguards.

11. Your choices and rights

• Ads: You can limit ad tracking via your Android settings (for example reset advertising ID / opt out of personalization where available).
• Permissions: You can grant or revoke storage/camera permissions in device settings (exact permissions depend on Android version and feature).
• EEA/UK/Switzerland: You may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, object, and port data, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may have rights to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by CCPA in the typical sense; contact us for requests.

12. Open source / on-device models

The App may bundle or download on-device models and open source components. See the Terms of Use (Section 14) for attribution and links to upstream projects.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
